1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Havoc Prints website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms may be updated from time to time.
2. Orders and payment
All orders must be paid in full through our secure checkout before production begins. Prices are shown in US dollars and include the options you select. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
3. Artwork and content
You must own the rights to any artwork you upload or have permission to print it. Havoc Prints is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations in customer-provided files.
4. Production, shipping and delivery
Production typically begins within 1–3 business days after payment and artwork approval. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Because stickers are custom printed, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. If we make a printing error or the product arrives defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
6. Limitation of liability
Havoc Prints' liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be posted here with an updated effective date.
